A little about me...

My name is Stevie Bea.
I am a UK based level 7 psychotherapist with specialist training in trauma-informed support.
I work as the lead therapist at a Midlands based charity; SARAC (Sexual Abuse and Rape Advice Centre) as well as taking private clients with a range of psychological issues.

Support available in-person and online.

'"What is the bravest thing you've ever said?" asked the boy.
"Help."
said the horse.'

Ethical Support

I have trained under and am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

This means I work within their guidelines of ethical practice to ensure that choices made are for your benefit only.

Creating Calm

Whatever you may want to address within therapy, we will approach it together. I am trained with a mix of approaches, but Person Centred (PCA) is always at the heart of what I do.

This means that you are in control throughout your therapy journey.

Making Sense of It All

Through exploring your past, we can gain insight and knowledge about who you are today.

A combination of Attachment Theory and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy can allow for deeper understanding and challenges to unhelpful thinking patterns.
